We will send an email to you in the next 5-7 days with your car’s digital artwork (in PNG and JPG Format) attached. Note that during large holidays (Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) this can take longer than usual, but we do our best to get the drawing sent to you in this time range.
Yes, we keep backups of your custom digitized file for 90 days only
Your car’s artwork will be sent to you as a digital file via email in high quality for printing on various materials and sizes.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes we miss out on some important car details and are always ready to make revisions. Because our artworks are custom, personalized, and made to order, our shop does not have a refund policy set in place.
We will send out an email to you once your art is complete. Within this email, you have the option to accept or request changes if there are any similarity issues. We offer free revisions of your drawing since your satisfaction with the portrait is our main priority! For revision requests, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to work on. You will then receive a new email with the updated digital artwork once done.
The better quality of the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of your car on the other side. We also allow multiple reference photos sent to get the most detail out of them. Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us.
While we specialize in cars, we have a team of talented artists who can draw all types of vehicles including bikes, boats, trucks, tanks, and the like!
