- Full payment should be settled before we send the drawing
- Consultations are free to discuss your desired artwork output
- Working days depend on output (usually 2-4 days for regular drawings and 5-7 days for monster drawings and other specialty drawings)
- Final output will be sent via e-mail
- You may post the art piece with proper credits for personal or commercial use
- We have the right to post your work online and include it on our website
- We do not accept refunds or cancellations after an illustration has started to be drawn.
Refund policy
Toon’d Up unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind after an illustration has started to be drawn. We do however offer product revisions at no cost in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration.
